Fall and Spring Payment Plans Summer Payment Plans

(NO PAYMENT PLANS ARE AVAILABLE IN WINTER TERM)

Installments (payments) are automatically withdrawn from your designated bank account or credit card on the 20th of the month (or the next business day if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday). Please allow 24-48 hours for the installment payment to post to your myWCU account.

Installment (payment) notices are sent electronically to the student's WCU email. It is recommended that students add an Authorized Payer and grant access to receive email notifications for payment plan reminders.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges assessed after you are enrolled in a payment plan will result in an increase in your monthly payment installments. If you need to discuss the impact on your installment amounts, please contact the Bursar’s office: Bursar@wcupa.edu
