Payment Methods

Online Payments

Online payments are made via QuikPAY. 

  1. E-checks
    • No service fee is applied for e-check payments.
  2. Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
    • A non-refundable convenience fee of 2.85% will be assessed by the vendor for all credit card payments.

In Person

  1. Cashiers are open Monday-Friday 8:00am -3:30pm (Wednesday 9:00am-3:30pm)
  2.  Cash
    • If paying more than $3,000, an IRS form will be provided and must be completed with payment.
  3. Check or Money Order payable to: WCU

By Mail

  1. Do NOT mail cash payments
  2. Check or money order payable to:

*Please note: A $25 returned check fee will be applied to your Semester Bill for any returned non payment plan E-check or cashiering check.
