Throughout the year, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions offers a lot of ways to visit West Chester University’s campus, meet in person or virtually, and experience West Chester, Pennsylvania for yourself.


 

Campus Tours

Register for a campus tour and you will attend an information session to learn more about West Chester University, then head out on a walking tour of campus (60-90 minutes total). After the campus tour, the Undergraduate Admissions team will be available to answer any questions you may have. Preview WCU Campus Tours are available on a variety of days and times throughout the year.
This opportunity is for prospective undergraduate students.

Even after you’ve been accepted to WCU, you may want explore campus and ask any lingering questions. During an Admitted Student Tour, you will attend an information session to learn more about West Chester University and then head out on a walking tour of campus (60-90 minutes total). This opportunity is for high school students or transfer students who have applied and have been accepted to West Chester University.

Group visits are an opportunity high schools, community-based organizations, and educational non-profits to receive tailored information about West Chester University. Group Tours are for groups of 10 or more people and must be coordinated in advance with the Office of Admissions.

In the fall, West Chester University hosts open houses for high school seniors and for students interested in transferring to WCU. During Experience WCU, you will hear from current students, tour campus, speak with academic departments and support services, learn about the application process, explore financial aid and scholarship opportunities, and learn about life as a Golden Ram student!

ACCEPTED STUDENT DAY

In the spring, West Chester University hosts Accepted Student Day events for accepted high school students and transfer students. During Accepted Student Day you will explore campus, discuss financial aid and scholarship opportunities, learn about our housing options, meet with faculty and advisors to learn more about your program of study, connect with current students, and help decide if becoming a Golden Ram is the next step for you.
