Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement Documents:
As a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, West Chester University has entered into a collective bargaining agreement with the Association of Pennsylvania State Colleges and University Faculty (APSCUF) union that describes the policies for Tenured Faculty evaluation (Article 12.G). West Chester University also has a related, local agreement with APSCUF.
