2027 Spring Semester Housing
2027 Spring Semester Housing is available for students interested in living on campus in WCU Managed Housing or USH Affiliated Housing for the Spring Semester.
The Spring Semester Housing Application is for on-campus housing for one semester, Spring Semester 2027: January 17 through May 8, 2027.
Current students who do not currently live in WCU Managed or USH Affiliated may apply
for spring semester housing
and
New first year students and new transfer students (students beginning classes Spring
Semester 2027) may apply for spring semester housing.
How to apply for Spring housing
TIMELINE
- October 14, 2026: 2027 Spring Semester Housing Application opens at 12:00PM (EST)
- January 17-18, 2027: Spring Semester Move-in date
- January 19, 2027: First day of classes for spring semester
- May 8, 2027: Spring Semester Housing move-out date
- May 8, 2027: Last day of spring semester final exams
