Program Overview
At West Chester University the German language concentration is part of the Bachelor of Arts in Languages and Cultures. Our classes are innovative, featuring student-centered study of culture, history, literature and language, often using video, computer software, and internet-based activities. Coursework also provides opportunities for service-based learning and community outreach activities that promote real-world use of language skills. Many of our students choose to double major or to pursue a k-12 certification in addition to their language studies. Get Involved: German Club Alpha Mu Gamma National Foreign Language Honor Society
