Program Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Chemistry-Biology is approved by the ACS, and provides a background in the major areas of chemistry and biology. Graduates form our program are ready to pursue careers in biochemistry, molecular biology, and medicinal chemistry, as well as advanced study at schools of medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, optometry, podiatry, chiropractic, and physical therapy. Our mission is to prepare you to understand the material world, and to advance the knowledge, capabilities and public understanding of chemistry as a discipline with application to virtually every facet of life.
