Dr. Cheryl Neale-McFall is an Associate Professor in the Department of Counselor Education at West Chester University and is a Nationally Board Certified Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Dr. Neale-McFall has over 30 presentations at International, National, State, and local counseling conferences. Her research interests include dynamics of the working mother, self-care and wellness, and counselor identity formation. She has published 10 peer-reviewed journal articles since her time at West Chester University and has been awarded both external and internal grants during her time at West Chester University. Dr. Neale-McFall teaches research methods, counseling theory, career counseling, and group dynamics, as well as field experience courses for both clinical mental health and elementary and secondary school counselors-in-training.
