MLK Day of Service Project
- Thursday, January 25, 2018
- 2:30pm-4:00pm & 4:30pm-6:00pm
- Sykes Student Union Ballrooms
The Office of Service-Learning and Volunteer Programs invites the campus and local community to engage in meaningful service in honor of Dr. King by making "no-sew" fleece blankets. The service project will be offered at two different sessions from 2:30pm-4:00pm & 4:30-6:00pm in the Sykes Student Union Ballrooms. Volunteers can attend one or both sessions to make blankets that will benefit local patients at the Abramson Cancer Center at Chester County Hospital, A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, and foster youth through Fleece for Keeps. We encourage student organizations, faculty, staff, and community members to register in advance through OrgSync.
