Tamagawa University Returns to West Chester University for Taiko Drumming and Dance
Tamagawa University returns to West Chester University for a performance of thundering Taiko drumming and folkloric Japanese dance on Tuesday, April 9, at 7:30 p.m. The event takes place in the Emilie K. From the College of Arts in Tokyo, Tamagawa University has been touring the world since 1961, visiting Mexico, England, Greece, Canada, Malaysia, Russia, Indonesia, Africa, and the United States. The troupe has toured extensively on the East Coast, including performances at the Kennedy Center and the National Cherry Blossom Festival. This is their 12th year performing at West Chester University.
