Please complete the online form provided at least two weeks in advance of a photo shoot that is to be completed Monday through Friday, and at least three weeks in advance for a shoot that is to be completed on Saturday and/or Sunday. The Office of Communications will be in touch with you within five days to discuss the details of your request. All requests will be considered and will be accepted based on availability. The Office of Communications reserves the right to consider requests on a case by case basis. If you do not hear from our office please contact HSchwarz@wcupa.edu.
