Photos of all damage should be taken and emailed to motorpool@wcupa.edu as soon as possible.
Reminder: If the incident involves another person's property, vehicle, injury, or any property damage, a police report should be filed and an STD-541 form must also be completed and submitted.
Motor Pool staff will review the information provided and will contact you if any additional documentation or forms are required.
