Bio
Dr. Dorothy (Dottie) Ives-Dewey is the Associate Dean of the College of Business and Public Management at West Chester University. She is also a Professor of Planning in the Geography and Planning Department. Her academic background is in urban and regional planning with primary focus in land use planning, land development regulation, and community development planning. Prior to joining the faculty at WCU, she was a professional land use planner in the Philadelphia region.
