The Faculty and Staff Training (FAST) unit supports WCU faculty and staff in becoming proficient in various applications, in addition to providing best practices in trending platforms (i.e. Office365, OneDrive, D2L, RamCloud). Courses are designed to accommodate all levels of learning and allow users to build on acquired skills.

As classroom venues evolve, some still yearn for the benefits of face-to-face learning. That's what our traditional classroom courses are designed for. Come experience a group class where you will have the opportunity to interact with the instructor as well as network with fellow faculty and staff members.
REQUEST DEPARTMENT TRAINING
Do your department members want to learn how to use OneDrive and Office 365? Do your new office staff workers need to learn how to use Microsoft Sway? We can come to you! With our On-Site sessions, you and your team can be trained in your conference room or a free classroom. Specific technology requirements must be met.
