Biography
Erin Knight, MPH, PhD joined the Department of Health in 2021 as an Assistant Professor. She holds a Master of Public Health degree in public health administration from the University of Minnesota and practiced public health, working with federal, state and non-profit organizations for nearly ten years before earning her PhD. She holds a doctorate in Urban Affairs and Public policy from the University of Delaware, where she served as the Associate Director of the Partnership for Healthy Communities, a University-wide community engagement initiative, which she helped to launch in 2017. She teaches both undergraduate and graduate public health courses, with a focus on social determinants of health and public policy.
