If you are a parent of a student with a diagnosed disability, please have your student contact the OSSD.
The OSSD Mindfulness Program was implemented in 2017. The Mindfulness Team works with students to incorporate healthy, mindful habits in their everyday lives through contemplative practice. The Mindfulness Program is free of charge and is open for all registered OSSD students. There is no prior knowledge of mindfulness needed in order to participate!
For the Spring 2018 semester, meditations are offered every Monday and Wednesday in the OSSD's NEW Mindfulness Room. Take a mindful moment for yourself, come join us, and find your zen.

Small group information sessions for high school juniors and seniors (and their parents/guardians) can be arranged by calling our office. Sessions are available during the afternoon on the following dates: September 27th, October 25th, and November 29th.
How to Renew your Letter of Accommodation
Current Students: stop in and add your name to the binder to renew your Letter of Accommodation for the current semester. Renewal binders for next semester will be available during the last two weeks of the current semester.
Coaching and Tutoring
Eligible students may sign up for an Academic Coach, Mindfulness Coach, English Tutor and/or Math Tutor in the OSSD.
