Registration Information
Registration fee includes: participation in the keynote and breakout sessions, conference materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch. Hotel accommodations are separate from conference registration.
- FREE - WCU Faculty
- $75.00 - Early Bird Registration Fee (before December 20, 2019)
- $75.00 - Pennsylvania State System Employees
- If a State System administrator is registering 5 or more attendees they can use a cost center number in order to complete the registration process. Registration fees will be processed as a transfer from each State System institution. To take advantage of this procedure you must have cost center authorization. Please please email and DO NOT complete the registration procedure.
- $75.00 - Group Rate (10 or more members from the same institution)
- $100.00 - Registration Fee after December 20, 2019
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds.
Parking
Parking for SoTLA conference attendees will be available behind Sykes Student Union in K Lot, located at 110 W. Rosedale Avenue or parking lot M between High and Matlack street, adjacent to the Swope Music Building. If these lots are full, visitors are encouraged to park in the Sharpless Street Parking Structure, a pay-to-park facility, located on Sharpless Street between High and South Church Streets.
