Registration fee includes: participation in the keynote and breakout sessions, conference materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch. Hotel accommodations are separate from conference registration. The workshop attendance is an additional fee on top of the registration fee.
Registrants will receive a full refund for cancellation minus a $10.00 processing fee for all requests received by January 4, 2018. No refunds will be permitted after January 4, 2018.
Parking for SoTLA conference attendees will be available behind Sykes Student Union in K Lot, located at 110 W. Rosedale Avenue or parking lot M between High and Matlack street, adjacent to the Swope Music Building. If these lots are full, visitors are encouraged to park in the Sharpless Street Parking Structure, a pay-to-park facility, located on Sharpless Street between High and South Church Streets.
