Teaching: Information literacy, critical thinking and ethical use of information in conducting research.
Research: My latest project has been on flipped learning and creating and using learning objects. I also have an interest in OER and the library's role in OER. I just completed a year as Interim University Librarian and served a the Library Faculty chairperson for eight years.
Service: I have served on TeP (Tenure and Promotion Committee), the Sabbatical Leave Committee. I am currently serving on the Student Conduct Review Board and a member of the Budget Review Committee.
Interests/Passions Outside of Academe: I enjoy boating and kayaking. I'm a big Philly sports fan (win or loose) Especially the Eagles and the Phillies. I love to bake, particularly cookies and of course an avid reader
Times when I can meet: I'm generally on campus Monday – Friday and have a very flexible schedule.
