Teaching: As a non-classroom faculty member, my "teaching" is my clinical work here in the Department of Counseling & Psychological Services (The Counseling Center).
Research: I have published on disordered eating and the issues that contribute to developing an eating disorder. My clinical work has also been cited in a textbook on how to run a group for Adult Children of Alcoholics.
Service: Across the University, I have contributed by serving on TeP, providing numerous outreach programs on suicide prevention, relationship issues, etc., and by representing the Counseling Center at various panel discussions, through Active Minds, and now with To Write Love on Her Arms.
Interests/Passions Outside of Academe: I am passionate about photography, digital means of "scrapping" photos, and taking online classes in the blending of art and photography. I love to travel, read (in a book group for 20+ years), and spend time with my family.
Times when I can meet: I am flexible with advance planning ;) Breakfast and lunch meetings or "coffee" are always good!
