We will discuss cross-unit collaborations to foster inclusion among transfer students at WCU. WCU's Management Department received an internal grant to implement the Belonging Matters project during AY17-18. In our presentation we will discuss the project goals, design, outcomes and lessons learned so far. We will also lead a discussion of how cross-unit collaborations can foster inclusion and engagement among transfer students and how transfer status intersects with other priority areas identified in WCU's campus climate survey.
