The Summer Undergraduate Research Institute, now in its third year, offers undergraduates the opportunity to pursue significant research during Summer Session I. This year, 10 students, guided by their faculty mentors, conducted research on projects in physics, English, chemistry, nutrition, and other disciplines. The State of the University Address will take place on Thursday, September 15. But, despite its formal name, this Address will be more of a discussion between Interim President Chris Fiorentino and the University community than an official speech.
