The Competition is open to students ages 15-25 (as of 5/21/22).

Send completed application form, $100.00 registration fee (make checks payable to "WCU Foundation"), and 2 self-addressed, stamped envelopes no later than April 15, 2022 (date of postmark)

Requirements
Ages 15-18*
- J. S. Bach: Any Prelude (or Toccata) and Fugue OR One movement of a Trio Sonata
- Any 19th Century piece; may be a single movement; may not be an arrangement.
- Any 20th/21st Century piece; may be a single movement; may not be an arrangement.
*NOTE: No.'s 2 and 3 must contrast stylistically. MAXIMUM TOTAL PLAYING TIME: 20 minutes.
Ages 19-25*
- J.S. Bach: Any Toccata and Fugue OR Any extended Prelude and Fugue OR Two movements of any Trio sonata
- Any 19th Century piece; may be a single movement; may not be an arrangement.
- Any 20th/21st Century piece; may be a single movement; may not be an arrangement.
*NOTE: No.'s 2 and 3 must contrast stylistically. MAXIMUM TOTAL PLAYING TIME: 30 minutes.
Prizes
AGE 15-18*
- First: $600
- Second: $300
AGE 19-25*
- First: $1,500
- Second: $750
*NOTE: In lieu of prize money, any winner may choose a tuition remission scholarship for organ study at the Wells School of Music of West Chester University.
PRACTICE: Equal, adequate practice time will be available to each contestant on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, May 18, 19, and 20.
ONE SCORE of each piece must be provided for the judges (NO photocopies).
JURY: Two nationally recognized judges.
