Welcome to the Student IT Helpdesk!

The Student IT Helpdesk is the single point of contact of WCU students for technology services which includes your personal devices and its connection to the network. The Student IT Helpdesk support residents, commuters and student organizations. The Student IT Helpdesk is operated by staff members and student workers who strive to deliver excellent service with professionalism and communication skills with a focus on offering pertinent technical information.

In addition to student support, the Student IT Helpdesk extends certain services to Alumni and Parents. Some of the services are Password Reset, Transcript/Diploma Request, Parent Portal setup and access to Quikpay. If you have any questions or want to send a service request please refer to the WCU Knowledge Base through ServiceNow.

You will find the information regarding how to "Contact Us" in the navigation menu on the left. If you would like to join the Student IT Helpdesk as a consultant, you may download the application form on the "Employment" tab.

All WCU students are eligible to apply.
