DMC Event Videography Request Form

Please complete the online form provided at least two weeks in advance of the event. Events outside regular business hours are subject to an hourly charge. The Digital Media Center will contact you within five days to discuss the details of your request. All requests will be considered and will be accepted based on intern availability. If you do not hear from our office please call 610-436-2737.

Location needs to be on campus
Release form must be filled out
Event cannot run any longer than 4 hours
Must ensure power is at location of event
Request must come from a University Faculty or Staff Member
