D2L Services recommends the use of Firefox or Chrome when working in D2L. You may experience issues when utilizing other browsers.
Students should avoid using mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android devices, etc.) when submitting assignments or taking quizzes in D2L.

D2L Services has compiled a Documentation Library that contains guides and video tutorials to assist faculty and students with commonly used tools in D2L.

For assistance, please come to the D2L Services office located in Anderson Hall, Room 3 Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm where staff will be available to provide expert support for D2L related issues in person or

Commonly Asked Questions

I don't remember my password and cannot log into D2L. What do I do?

If you are having difficulty logging into D2L due to password issues, please contact the WCU IT Help Desk at 610-436-3350.

The classes that I registered for do not appear in my D2L account. Why?

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for D2L to be updated once you are officially registered for a course with the Registrar's Office. It is also possible that your instructor has not activated the course in D2L.
