You can log into D2L from the top of any WCU webpage. Choose the D2L tab and enter your username and password. (This is the same username and password you use for your WCU email and your myWCU).
D2L Services recommends the use of Firefox , Chrome or Safari when working in D2L. You may experience issues when utilizing other browsers.
If you are having difficulty logging into D2L due to password issues, please contact the IT Help Desk at 610-436-3350.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for D2L to be updated once you are officially
registered for a course with the Registrar's Office. It is also possible that your
instructor has not activated the course in D2L. If you see that you have the course
listed in MyWCU, contact the instructor to confirm when/if they will be using the
D2L Course Site.

Did you know that there are additional tools integrated into West Chester's instance of D2L? These tools work in conjunction with D2L to assist with plagiarism detection, communication, and audio visual needs.
Camtasia: Camtasia is a powerful video creation and editing tool that allows you to capture anything on your screen, as well as import other video, music, photos and more to customize your video. The Camtasia Add-In for PowerPoint enables a quick and easy method to view the slideshow presentation and record voice-over. This software can be installed on WCU issued computers. My Media (Kaltura): My Media is a secure audio/video streaming service (Kaltura) that is used to upload and manage media files for use in D2L.
Respondus: Respondus 4.o is a Windows-based software authoring tool that allows faculty to create exams in MS Word format and publish directly into a D2L course. An added benefit is that it allows faculty to retrieve an existing exam from a D2L course and print it. The Respondus Test Bank Network provides access to 7,000 publisher test banks to create exams and learning activities. This software is available for DOWNLOAD to active WCU faculty. Turnitin / Grademark: Turnitin checks student's assignment submissions for potential plagiarism. The Originality Reports that are generated provide a summary of matching or highly similar text found in a submitted paper. Turnitin will search the web and all documents that have been submitted through the tool to check for originality. Enabling Grademark on your assignments allows you to utilize the Turnitin Feedback Studdio to leave comments and feedback directly on the student's submission.
