Director of Organizational Development
Scott Sherman, WCU's Director of Organizational Development, brings almost 30 years of human resource, leadership, supervisory, performance, consulting and coaching experience. Using this knowledge and experience, he works to educate, enrich, and empower existing and aspirant leaders, employees, and teams toward maximum productivity and results. Scott received his Certified Professional Coach designation from the acclaimed International Coach Academy and his bachelor and master's degrees in Industrial and organizational Psychology and Business from Penn State and West Chester University.
Learning & Development Manager
Lindsay Bishop, WCU's Learning & Development Manager, is a WCU Alumni with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and minor in graphic design. She brings over 7 years of experience training and consulting at individual, team/department, and organizational levels; developing learning content in a variety of topics and formats; conceptualizing and executing marketing campaigns; designing marketing materials and resources; researching, blogging and copywriting; event planning and management; and brand development. In addition to proven results, Lindsay brings her passion for WCU and the desire to further enhance the university's learning opportunities. She helps leaders and employees grow in areas such as communication, leadership, productivity, and personal development in order to maximize their performance and effectiveness in both their career and life.
