Yes, you can make changes at any time by contacting Marlene Civitella-Vining at (610) 436-3418 or MCivitella-Vining@wcupa.edu. Changes will then become effective in the next full pay period after the forms are submitted.
What happens if I do not complete these forms?
If you do not complete these forms, your taxes will be withheld at the maximum tax rate.
