What are TK20 best practices?

  • Please make sure that you are using one of the latest two versions of Chrome or Safari browsers for optimal performance.
  • Do not use the browser back button. Instead, navigate using the tabs and menus within Tk20.
  • Do not sign into Tk20 in multiple tabs or windows. Only have one instance of Tk20 open at a time.
  • Do not include special characters such as (*,', ", &, ?) in the name of a file that is to be uploaded into Tk20.

I received an error stating that my work is already open. What does this mean?

This means that you have two tabs of the same assignment open at one time. You should only access Tk20 in one tab at a time. Close the new tab and return to the original tab to complete your assignment.

Updated Tk20 training guides and videos are available on the WCU Tk20 website.
