Oyindamola served with the International Christian Fellowship as a youth leader in the Youth Alive non-profit organization in Darby, Pennsylvania.
- Served as a mentor to teenagers
- Developed plans and lessons on teen topics
- Worked in a team environment with other youth leaders
- Served well beyond the required 20 hours
This Community Service Experience in serving teenagers in Darby has not only been impactful to the youth program, it has been influential for Ms. Busari, too. To quote her:
“I’ve been rewarded with a life changing experience. Before being part of the organization, I knew I wanted to pursue teaching, but I was unsure of what grade level I would prefer to teach. While working with this organization, I realized that the age group I was responsible for is a perfect age group for me.”
