I am a nonprofit philanthropy executive who partners with individuals, corporations, and nonprofits to fuel the LGBTQ movement by mobilizing giving. As Executive Director of DVLF, I believe in the transformative power of social change through philanthropy. My love of philanthropy is only exceeded by my love of teaching the next generation of nonprofit leaders, which I do at both West Chester University and the University of Pennsylvania.
I am a recognized regional thought leader in philanthropy and giving programs. I have been a featured contributor to multiple media outlets including print; television; and radio. Last year my leadership was acknowledged by two area business magazines when I was named "Executive of the Year" by Philly Biz and a "Woman Who Leads in Philadelphia" by Region's Business. I have a BSW from The Catholic University of America and an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania.
I serve proudly on the boards of the Independence Business Alliance (Philadelphia's LGBT Chamber of Commerce) and PHLDiversity, a Division of the Convention and Visitors Bureau.
