I have 32 years of experience in the child welfare field starting in direct service and then in supervisory and administrative capacities. My current position is as the Quality Assurance Manager for Chester County Department of Children, Youth and Families with direct oversight of 4 staff, 2 contracted staff and program liaison to several community programs, as well as developing the annual plan for funding and services sent to the State. I am a certified trainer in a variety of topics for the University of Pittsburgh’s Child Welfare Resource Center and have trained large numbers of child welfare direct line staff and supervisors in the Central, Northeast and Southeast Regions of the State. I earned my MSSW from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and sit on a number of cross-systems or community Boards and committees.
