Candidates will complete coursework in areas such as assessment, educational psychology and instructional technology as well as their academic subject area. Multiple opportunities to apply gained knowledge are embedded in a variety of field experiences, including student teaching. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates may be recommended to the Pennsylvania Department of Education for subject specific certification in grades 7 – 12.
