TIMELY WARNING

West Chester University Police received a report of an indecent exposure which occurred on January 28, 2016 at approximately 10:30 pm. The victim is a WCU female student, walking in the area of the Wayne Hall traffic circle. The actor is described as a white male, thin build with a dark beard and deep voice wearing a hoodie and hat, driving a gray or silver colored sedan, no further description. The actor approached the victim while inside the car. The actor lowered the passenger side widow of the vehicle, spoke to the victim and exposed himself, then drove off. West Chester University Police have been unable to located the actor or vehicle at this time.
