Lending Procedures for Faculty
All lending is by Faculty Reserve only; individual Students may not borrow devices.
- Equipment should be reserved as soon as possible. All lending is provided on a first come first serve basis. It is strongly advised to reserve equipment as far in advance as possible.
- Faculty are responsible for pick up and distributing devices to students via sign-out sheet provided. Sign out sheets are to be returned as soon as possible after device distribution. Delivery of devices to instructors is available by request.
- All equipment return due dates must be no later than the last day of classes. If devices are required for the final exam, special requests must be made.
- IPads and Clicker sets are available for faculty to borrow for a semester-long loan. All equipment is due back by the end of the term. Renewals are available by completing a lending request form.
Please be sure to read and know the following policies for borrowing equipment. If you are reserving/ distributing equipment to your students, please share and reinforce these with them verbally and in your syllabus.
