Curriculum Vitae

Juliet Wunsch, Associate Professor of Theatre and Dance, has been a Professor of Design and Stage Management at West Chester University since 1999. She is proud of her alma maters which include Carnegie Mellon University (MFA Design), Wesleyan University in Connecticut (BA Theatre and Psychology) and her local roots: Strath Haven High School. Her professional path has led her through New York, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Baltimore Theatre Communities, and Atlantic City Casinos (Trump Taj Mahal, The Hilton Grand and Harrah's on the Bay). In the Educational Theatre Environment, she has worked for Colleges and Universities in Philadelphia, Delaware, Pittsburgh and Indiana. Most recently she served 3 years as the Chair of Region 2 of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF), assisting in the creation of scholarship opportunities for students in a local 6 state region and Nationwide. She is the KCACTF Region 2's Immediate Past Chair, The Kennedy Center's Gold Medallion recipient for excellence in leadership (2011), and a nominated member of National Partners-- American Theatre (NAPAT). In her leisure time, she is a competitive sailor and a mother of two.
