As an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Theatre and Dance at West Chester University, Aaron teaches theatre history, introductory acting, directing and theatre appreciation courses. He also teaches regularly at Rutgers University, Camden, and has worked as a teaching artist with the Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre, the Folger Shakespeare Library, the Lantern Theater, Philadelphia Young Playwrights, and the Wilma Theater. Aaron is the Associate Artistic Director for Luna Theater Company, for whom he directs, designs sound and often serves as a dramaturg. He has frequently directed for the Philadelphia Fringe Festival, and works in various capacities with small Philadelphia theatre companies, including Inis Nua, the Philadelphia Artists Collective, Plays and Players and Theatre Ariel. Aaron received his MFA in Directing from Ohio University in 2003, was a CEC New Edge Artist, and is a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Director's Lab.
