Student System Modernization
Welcome to the Student System Modernization website!
WCU’s current student information system (SIS) is myWCU. The SIS serves as the central record hub for student information, academic records, student financial and financial aid information, and biographical information. The SIS is used by students to register for classes, see their degree progress, pay their bill, accept their financial aid and many other critical student experience tasks.
WCU is committed to continually improving the services and user experience offered in the student information system, and therefore are embarking on a project to modernize the student information system.
WCU is beginning implementation of the Banner Student Information System to replace myWCU.

Implementation of PASSHE Base Solution.
|January 2022||Final contract expected to be executed and project begins.|

|Fall 2021||WCU works with PASSHE colleagues to draft the scope of work, identify implementation approach, and implementation timeline.|
|Summer 2021||Ellucian is the selected vendor.|
|January 2020||WCU works with PASSHE colleagues to draft the Request For Proposals (RFP). This RFP outlines all the system requirements that would be utilized to score the effectiveness of vendors to meet the requirements of the project .|
