The Vice President for Student Affairs Office sends a weekly email communication to all students with announcements and information about upcoming events and initiatives. WCU faculty, staff, and student organizations may submit information to be included in this communication via the template, below. This email will be sent out each Wednesday; in order to have your information included in the week’s mailing, it must be submitted no later than Tuesday at 12 noon. Please note that your message will be sent out one time unless otherwise communicated. If you have a graphic to include with your announcement, please email Sabrina Rightmer and it will try to be accommodated depending on size.
