When you apply for admission to WCU you should indicate your interest in living on campus on your admission application. Once you have been notified of your acceptance as a resident student, and paid your required deposit, you will receive information that will detail the steps necessary to secure your spot on campus. You will be required to complete and return the appropriate materials, which for the traditional residence halls includes the on-line Housing Application.
Once the deposit and on-line Housing Application have been submitted, then and only then will you be assigned a space on campus.
For Spring 2018, housing application information will be e-mailed on a rolling basis October 2017 - January 2018.
For Fall 2018, housing application information will be e-mailed on a rolling basis starting in February 2018.
Students with special circumstances (readmitted students, part-time or non-degree students, etc.) should contact the Office of Residence Life and Housing Services for specific information about their situation. The University does not house non-students. Also, no type of family housing is available on campus, including housing for students to live with a spouse or dependent children.
