Duties:• Coordinate with management in determining research goals and priorities and developing a research roadmap• Meet or exceed goals for adding new prospects to company’s database by coordinating and executing assigned research projects• Segment, tag, and prioritize prospects for follow-up• Call on prospective clients to conduct awareness surveys and verify contact information• Track list management progress regularly and report to management• Present prospect reports and findings to management in an understandable manner• Ensure that all deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and business requirements• Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions• Stay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques• Identify areas for improvement and develop new methodologies to meet milestones
Hours Per Week:20-30
Skills:• 1+ years of experience preferred• College degree preferred in PR, communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related area• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects• Extremely organized • Problem solver and creative thinker• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and a high attention to detail• Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure• Experience using CRM Database(s) preferred
Pay Rate (dollars/hour):$15-$20

Additional Information:Gobel Group seeks to expand our internal marketing team by adding a List Manager. This person will support the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing in conducting extensive research in order to expand our current reach and ensure that our target audience is receiving appropriate content. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for researching in detail the sources/quality of our leads and creating/maintaining a database of robust information on clients and prospects.
