Involves the following:
• Confidential or sensitive data/information
This position will provide general assistance with:
* assist with events (planning and staffing) * maintain international student files * maintain study abroad material in office * maintain bulletin board (post new material) * assist with publication material * data sorting * inventory * cataloging answer phone * front office duties (greet walk in students and give them general information i.e. handouts prepared by study abroad director, take messages for staff)

Learning Outcomes:
This student will gain valuable skills in collaborating with colleagues on multilple projects. They will understand how an office works to provide the best service for students. They will also gain skills in helping to prepare for and run multiple types of events. The student will further gain skills in working with people of diverse backgrounds.
