  • These costs are estimates for the 2019-20 academic year. Tuition and updated costs will be provided and billed for once the state budget is passed (typically in July of each year).
  • Students can pull their financial aid information to fill out the scholarships, grants, and loan sections from their MyWCU under “View my Awards”. Keep in mind if a student is awarded work study they should not include this in their calculation since work study is not applied to the bill.
  • * The costs provided are for full-time and half-time students; if you are enrolling in a different number of credits, a professional graduate program, or a doctorate degree program, please review the cost information on the Bursar’s website.
  • ** Students living in University Student Housing will not see their housing charge on their West Chester University bill, instead they will receive a separate bill directly from USH.
  • ***Costs provided on this page for tuition and fees are estimates until the state budget is passed and official costs are set by PASSHE. Visit the Bursar's Office and Residence Life and Housing Services to review other housing and meal plan costs. These costs do not include books.
