Fitness Rotation

The Fitness Rotation refers to the weekly schedule of 30-minute fitness classes taught by senior students in the Exercise Science Major. EXS 484 students teach these classes as a requirement for the course, but it is important to note that they are not certified instructors. This schedule changes week-to-week but is always posted here on the website and tweeted out from the @Westchesterfit1 Twitter page.
