QuikPAY Online Payments
QuikPAY is the university's online payment system.
Students receive an email notification when new charges for the semester are posted to their account. Upon receipt of the email, students may view/print an on-demand Statement of Account via myWCU. Students MUST check their WCU email regularly!
QuikPAY allows students to:
- Pay bill 24/7
- Pay using e-check or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card (A convenience fee of 2.85% will be assessed by our vendor for credit card payments)
- Authorize Payers (parents, guardians, or sponsors) to pay bill
- Confirm payment immediately
- Enroll in a payment plan
Please note: Students must first set up Authorized Payers in QuikPAY before they are able to access the system. Authorized Payers will receive an email with their own login name. They will need to contact the student for a temporary password.
