West Chester University is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all students, faculty, staff, and visitors to our campus amidst a global public health concern. With this information in mind, The Bursar’s office will be providing service remotely. Please email us at and we will work with you via email or phone during business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

We processed refunds for the COVID-19 Relief Credits on Monday, 3/30/20.  If you enrolled in direct deposit through myWCU by Sunday, March 29, 2020, your funds were sent to your bank account on record; Otherwise, a paper check was generated and mailed to the home address on file.

For students who purchased a garage pass for the Spring semester, a $100 credit has been posted to your student account. Please contact Parking Services at 610-436-3345 or via email at with any questions regarding this COVID-19 Garage Relief Credit.
