For individuals enrolled in a class, a full refund may be granted by notifying the Continuing Professional Education Office at 610-425-7435 if withdrawal is 15 days prior to class start date. If less than 15 days, 50% will be refunded. NO refund will be made on course start date or for missed classes.
For group training, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due once delivery date is agreed upon for training and secured on the instructor's calendar. If cancellation is necessary, deposit will be put toward the rescheduled date if within 90 days of original booking. Invoice balance is due prior to course delivery.
In the event a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or an unforeseen circumstance by West Chester University, a full refund will be issued.
