Payment Schedule

Vendor & Client invoices are due 2 weeks prior from the first date of the course.

Late Fees apply on all unpaid invoices; beginning from first day of the course:

3% Late Fee will be assessed if payment is not received within 30 days;

5% Late Fee will be assessed if payment is not received within 60 days;

10% Late Fee will be assessed on all payments received after 60 days.

Withdrawals/Refunds - Cancellation/Rescheduling

For individuals enrolled in a class, a full refund may be granted by notifying the Continuing Professional Education Office at 610-425-7435 if withdrawal is 21 days prior to class start date. NO refund will be made after the 21 days prior date or for missed classes.

For group training, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to secure date on the instructor's calendar. Prior to 21 days, rescheduling may be possible if cancellation occurs.

Class Cancellation

In the event a course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or an unforeseen circumstance by West Chester University, a full refund will be issued.

Emergency Closings

Closings are posted on the university website,, or by calling WCU's information line 610-436-1000. Separate announcements are made for day and evening events. Radio codes: 853(day) and 2853(evening).
