Project Management with Agile

Duration: 3 days

Course Description: This course teaches Agile principles and practices used in project management, to manage change through flexibility, adaptation, and direct communication. Participants develop and employ an Agile design with Sprint Planning and Scrums. Benefits and trade-offs of the Agile methodology are discussed, along with the differences between Agile and traditional waterfall project management. Each day participants are given the opportunity to practice project execution, and manage an Agile project in a dynamic real-time environment. Simulation is used to reinforce important principles and practices.

Audience: Project managers interested in Agile. Optimum class size: 10-25.
