Research: Previous clinical research and grants management at Brigham & Women's Hospital; osteoporosis studies in Kobe, Japan; research on computerized dietary analysis procedures. Current interest in nutritional adequacy and strengths of plant-based dietary approaches
Service: One of founding members of Faculty Mentoring Program at WCU. Served on previous grant-awarding faculty development committee (FDC); Chair and member of departmental TEP committees
Interests/Passions Outside of Academe: Music, Yoga, Movies, Traditional Chinese Medicine.
