WE2 Home
WE2 is an elite, dynamic, intensive mentorship program at West Chester University for African American women, Asian American women, bi/multiracial women, and Latinas to create success in college and in life! This year, WE2: Women’s Education and Empowerment has connected 14 high school women to 14 college student mentors who are also mentored by campus community leaders in this year long program. High school mentees will participate in campus activities and be individually mentored by a college student mentor. College student mentors will be mentored by faculty, staff, and community leaders. This project has been generously funded by the WCU College of Arts and Sciences and is in partnership with the Chester County Women’s Commission. Apply now!

Remember to document your interactions with your mentees here!
